What is the difference between your Worksite Marketing and Consumer Marketing Divisions?
Our Worksite Division provides a broad range of employee benefits products and services to employers. Consumer Marketing provides solutions for wealth preservation and creation to families and individuals. These two divisions play to different strengths and styles of sales representatives. We have a field-tested system for determining which division will give you the greatest opportunities to succeed.
What can I expect to earn in my first year? Will I be able to support my family?
At PMA, we’re highly selective. If we offer you the opportunity to be part of our agent team, it’s because we believe you can meet our minimum standards. Of course, this requires you to do your part to learn and work hard. Agents who meet our minimum standards can expect to earn in excess of $50,000 in their first year. Only you can decide if this will suit your income needs.
You focus a lot on continuing advancement. How do I advance at PMA?
At PMA, you have the opportunity to move up by:
